Day Tripping In Noia

Noia is a small coastal town about 30 km north of the flat we're staying at in Galicia. It's only about 20 minutes from us by bus, so we made the trip and arrived at noon. We were a little hungry, but though we'd walk across the bridge to see what we could find over there. Newsflash: nothing, as we tell you in this video.

Two hours and some 10 km later, we found ourselves back in the city center, smack dab in the middle of siesta time. The entire town looked abandoned. But we did find food -- fantastic chorizo, papa fritas, and calamari at Albomar that were simply amazing. It's a bit off the beaten path, but worth the visit.

We're a little tired from all the walking, so we'll crash early tonight. Shit. It's 9:30. So much for early. [sigh]
