No, not our new baby. But we did get to meet our new nephew, Sebastian Winthrop (not his legal name, but I like it) today. He's a cute kid, but my mother's hopes for a granddaughter are all but dashed, as Sebastian is her fourth grandchild, and they all came with outdoor plumbing. Come to think of it, my grandparents aren't much better off, with six great-grandkids spread out across me, my sister, and my cousin -- and all of them boys.
Tomorrow, we bid adieu to the shitty weather of the Plains states and fly to the shitty weather of the Carolinas, where we say our farewells to Sheila's grandfather. More on that when we get there.
(And someday when we're in a private situation not being recorded for posterity, ask me about the escapades/stupid decisions on the plane ride from AZ to OK. That was... interesting. Especially for Sheila. No amount of cajoling will get me to speak of it in the comments, either.)
